Interim Agreement for Peace and Self-Government in Kosovo

This is a transcript of a 1999 agreement that aimed at ending the violence in Kosovo and facilitating the return of refugees and people who were cast out. It also called for adopting a new constitution for Kosovo that respects the territorial honor of the Former Republic of Yugoslavia while establishing the principles of democratic self-government for three years until the final status of Kosovo is resolved.
