This is a crime novel that tells the story of Kerry King. Kerry King is an American, who leads a syndicate of millionaires aiming to buy up large chunks of London to restructure them for the benefit of the city's poorer residents. His plan, however, is impeded by the schemes of a former business partner, Hermann Zeberlieff.
