Yet, only three of the stories touched on the topic of war. Others reflected different sides of human life, such as morality, the hardships of life as a refugee, etc. This collection contains such notable stories as «A Jury of Her Peers» by Susan Glaspell and «Get Ready the Wreaths» by Fannie Hurst.
