This book presents various hypnotherapeutic strategies and techniques for treating depression, developed by the authors from their many years of clinical practice. In a randomized controlled study, the methods presented here were tested and proved to be equally effective in comparison with proven methods of cognitive behavioural therapy. This is therefore an empirically tested manual, which also contains recommendations for adaptation to the ego structure level.
