Another night found Mi in the jungle. He lay down under the vine and fell sound asleep. Waking up at night from a wild roar, Mi first felt the fear that paralyzed him from the inside. He had never heard such a thing before in his life. He pressed himself closer to the tree, closed his eyes, but could not sleep. «I didn’t come such a long way to sit here and tremble with fear,» Mi said loudly and confidently. He rose to his full height and headed through the jungle in the direction from which a terrible roar was heard at night. The rays of the sun made their way through the trees. The silence broke only by the sound of branches breaking under the hooves. After a while, the sound of water became more and more distinct.
Walking forward a little, Mi froze in surprise. A fabulous beauty opened before him. A lake of blue water, shaped like a heart, lies in the middle of the jungle. On the opposite side was a waterfall. Water fell from a height and formed water dust, in which the sun’s rays refracted. Its noise combined with the magical singing of birds. «This is the most beautiful place in the world,» he almost shouted with delight, his words echoing. Mi walked closer to the lakeshore. The bottom was visible through the clear water. Looking at the fish swimming in the water, he did not notice how a tiger emerged from the jungle.
