• At creating a user account on the Website the Client is required to provide the following information: a username; a password for accessing the Website.

• Personal details such as name, city, phone number, and e-mail, are required to process payment by a bank card. This information is provided by the Client to the processing centre. LitRes does not have access to this information.

LitRes makes use of the information provided by the Clients:

• To fulfill its obligations to the Client;
• To assess and analyze the performance of the Website.

Disclosure of the information received by LitRes:

• LitRes is committed not to disclose the information received from the client.
• LitRes reserves the right to use the cookies technology, which does not contain confidential information concerning the Client and is not to be transferred to third parties.
• LitRes is informed of the Website visitor's IP address. This information is not being used to establish the visitor's identity.
• LitRes is not responsible for the public information that the Client chose to provide to the Website.

Disclosure is not considered a violation in the event of transfer of data to agents and third parties contracted by the LitRes Company to fulfill its obligations to the client.
